Dear Family & Friends,
“Sing to the Lord a new song! Sing to the Lord, all the earth! Sing to the Lord! Praise his name! Announce every day how he delivers!Tell the nations about his splendor! Tell all the nations about his amazing deeds!” Psalm 96:1-3
Every day God is worthy of our praise. He is worthy of our telling those around us how he has blessed us. When we share how our story is a part of His story, God is glorified. Telling non-Christians how amazing God is draws them to Him, and causes them to wonder how He might be involved in their lives. Have you shared God’s amazing power in your life with anyone recently?
Please pray for May Wu and Shu Jen as they will be telling the stories of God’s amazing deeds to the Tsai family as well as another of Shu Jen’s brothers. This past week there were many good questions that came not only from the story John shared, but from the Bible reading that Mrs. Tsai had been doing on her own. Pray that she continues to desire to know God better.
Ellinor’s paperwork has been resubmitted to court, but we have no idea how long it will take for her to have a court date. Since we will be in the States for the summer she will be staying with two other families this summer. The Scotts, a missionary family, and the Chens from the Eternal Light congregation. She knows both families, but it will still be a transition for everyone including us. Pray for her adoptive family too as they have already waited over a year and continue to wait to hold their precious daughter in their arms.
We ask that you lift up our family as we prepare this week to be gone for two months. We have many things to do yet to be ready to go. We ask that you pray for Philip and Bethany’s family too as they prepare for Bethany and the girls to travel with us from Seattle to mid-west for three weeks! Nathanael will be preparing to return to the US this summer in order to work towards a masters degree. All of our family will be traveling and going through changes this summer.
We praise God that He had provided us with the loan of a church van while Bethany is traveling with us this summer.

3. Please pray for the everyone involved in Ellinor’s situation as other people care for her this summer and as her case moves through the court system.
4. Please pray for our family as we will be traveling this week and as Nathanael will be preparing to return to the US this summer.
5. Praise God for a van large enough for our needs while Bethany is here.
