DESCRIPTION:An Essential Course on the Basics of Mission work, Team Expansion, and Support Raising\n\n\nLaunch training is a required course for prospective Team Expansion workers, but it’s also helpful for anyone considering entering the field (and a great refresher for those who have been serving many years). During this online course, you will learn to approach support raising armed with effective tools and a biblical perspective, gain insights on the motive for missions, and explore Team Expansion’s protocols, strategies, and DNA.\nNOTE: Please be aware that Launch is a very important part of the process of joining Team Expansion and completing Launch means completing ALL Launch sessions. When you register for Launch, we expect that you are putting all the sessions on your calendar and are committing to attend each session as scheduled. If an emergency arises, we’ll work with your specific situation to determine if/how missed sessions can be completed.\nIn addition, the training will take place on Microsoft Teams as both the platform for our video conference call sessions and an ongoing “classroom” where you will access resources and interact with Launch instructors and your fellow participants. You will be expected to join and engage with this Teams workspace both in advance of the first session and throughout the duration of the training.\nPlease plan to attend the training on a computer rather than a mobile device. It is a full training (not just a webinar to listen to) where we plan to see one another, interact, and engage with a digital workbook throughout. If you have any questions or challenges with this, please let us know.\nPayments are not refundable.
