Many harvest workers who are engaging in disciple-making or church planting movements suffer greatly. Pray harvest workers will be on their guard to watch, fight, and pray. Pray for harvest workers to trust the LORD despite illness, social distancing, heartache, conflict, and opposition.
Pray for energy, stamina and Spirit for the long hours on the road and trails for taking the Gospel to remote villages of: the Piso, the Pooyad, the Pouhoy, the Poussang, the Pua, the Puoc, the Saek, the Salang, the Salao, and the SamaSua.
Join in prayer with workers serving among the Druze of the Golan Heights. Job 8:11-13 says, “Can papyrus grow where there is no marsh? Can reeds flourish where there is no water? While yet in flower and not cut down, they wither before any other plant. Such are the paths of all who forget God; the hope of the godless shall perish.” Whether speaking of the Druze or of any people whose faith is not in Jesus – those who “forget God” – their path is the same. Their hope will perish. Pray with us that the Druze will remember the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Pray that the Druze will put their faith in Jesus Messiah, who is the LORD. Because as Romans 10:9-13 tells us, “because if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. For the Scripture says, ‘Everyone who believes in him will not be put to shame.’ For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, bestowing his riches on all who call on him. For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
Join B and M in praying that their language skills would deepen. Pray for the health and well being of the people of the Middle East throughout the COVID-19 outbreak. Pray for more opportunities for home visits, especially during this time of uncertainty for those around them.
