The Journey to Full-Time Missions
We want to help you get to your field as quickly as possible, but we also know that you need to be prepared for the good times and the not so good. We’re committed to sending missionaries who will thrive on the field — remaining spiritually, physically, financially, and emotionally healthy. Our journey to missions prepares you for a lifetime of fruitful service. Hover over each area to learn more about the four stages.
INQUIRER: The first stage of your journey is all about connecting with us. Fill out our Profile to start a conversation. We’ll follow up with a short phone/zoom interview and send you the official application. Anytime during this process you will also complete our online Launch Training.
RECRUIT: Now you’re officially approved to start support raising and training. During this stage you complete all required training (learn how to multiply disciples, connect with our core services, and much more), raise full prayer and financial support, and complete all necessary plans and paperwork.
ASSOCIATE MISSIONARY: It’s time to depart for your field! For the first two years you will be considered an Associate Missionary as you get settled, learn the culture, and achieve a level 2+ language level.
MISSIONARY: It’s official! You can now fully invest in multiplying disciples in your field. We’re here to continue supporting you along the way.

Missions is better with a team. On a team, missionaries are more effective and more healthy. Even if you choose to pioneer a new field, you will always have our 30+ support workers to help you.
