Through full-time and part-time ministry, internships, apprenticeships, volunteer opportunities, and ways to serve Third Culture Kids (TCKs), Team Expansion gives people practical ways to explore their calling, gain ministry experience, develop leadership, and discover where God may be leading them.
The goal is bigger than filling ministry positions. It is about developing a culture of sending, where churches continually recognize potential workers, invest in their development, and send them into the harvest locally and around the world.
