Through reproducible training tools, we help churches equip everyday believers to live on mission. The goal is to move ministry from being something a few people do to something the whole church embraces, creating a growing Great Commission culture that sends, serves, disciples, and multiplies.

Training 1
Disciple-Making Movement Training: Jonathan Training
Best for: leaders and core members who want to see disciples make disciples.
Jonathan Training teaches the principles and practices behind disciple-making movements, where disciples make disciples who make more disciples and simple churches multiply. It’s taught by people who use these practices on the field, and it gives your leaders a shared, reproducible way to make disciples in your own community.
Training 2
Marketplace Ministry Training: SeeKing First
Best for: members who spend most of their week at work.
Most of your people spend more time at work than anywhere else. SeeKing First helps them see their workplace as a mission field and bring Christ into it intentionally. Its six short sessions cover calling, obstacles, and abiding in Christ, and each one ends with personal action steps. It can be led as a weekend seminar or as weekly sessions.
Training 3
MomentumYes
Best for: small groups and classes ready to move from the pews into God’s mission.
MomentumYes is a group course that helps everyday believers discover their part in God’s mission, locally and among the nations, and take practical next steps together. It’s a natural fit for a small group, Sunday school class, or missions team.
Training 4
Zúme
Best for: anyone ready to start, especially small groups.
Zúme is free online training that helps small groups learn simple tools for making disciples who multiply, such as sharing their story, praying for others, and starting simple groups. Groups can work through it on their own, or we can facilitate it with your church. Zúme is a close partner of Team Expansion, and it teaches disciple-making the same way we do.
