Meet the Team

What Does Member Care Do?

Living cross-culturally is challenging and the member care team is like a buoy to the missionary.  We come alongside and support them on all sides so our missionaries stay afloat in the water.  From application through the entire missionary journey and beyond, we walk with our workers to support their emotional, physical, and spiritual health.  We do this by providing pastoral care, individual and marriage coaching, debriefing, resources, and advocacy. We maintain monthly contact and visit our workers on the field.  Our member care is integrated and includes communication with the field supervisor and the sending church.  We are committed to working as a team to help you and your family thrive on the field.

We believe that implementing good member care matters.  Missionaries are there to lead others; but they need to be supported as well. It is our calling and our passion to help missionaries thrive on and off the field.
