“And are justified by his grace as gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.” (Romans 3:24)
After decades of repressive miliary rule, which has battered and divided, the diverse nation of Myanmar has taken small steps on a democratic path. The continued persecution of the Rohingya people (a Muslim minority ethnic group in this majority Buddhist country) has attracted international condemnation.
Most Christians belonging to minority groups have faced armed conflict with the military. It is a persecution-toughened and bloodstained Church. More recently. God has raised up prayer movements to unite believers across ethnic divides. Father, we pray for reconciliation and unity among Christ followers in Myanmar. Spirit, we pray for churches to grow among the Burmese Buddhist, the Chinese, and the Rohingya.

Pray with Steve and Priscila Dye (Tenerife) for Susana to remain faithful and grow in her faith as she often has to work on Sundays and is not able to come to church every week.
-Pray that Alexandra can continue to grow in the Lord and lead her family to Christ. She
currently runs a fruit and produce shop, but she also wants to bear much fruit for the Lord.
-Many regular attenders are missing in church because of illness. Praise God for several first-time visitors. Pray that they continue to come to church and respond to the Gospel.
-Please continue to pray for Hadrami and his family as God keeps drawing them closer to Him.
