Link Arms with the Core Services of Team Expansion
For prospective workers in the equipping stage who have completed Launch, Link is the vital second half of the required training for all Team Expansion personnel. During this 1-week training course at Team Expansion’s 60-acre Emerald Hills campus in Louisville, Kentucky, you will meet the International Services staff and access the resources at your disposal so you will be equipped for your transition to the field.
NOTE:
Lodging – You are responsible to arrange your own lodging, however you may inquire about possible help finding housing on your registration form. If you’d rather find your own housing or if it is less than 2 weeks before the course starts, here are some suggestions for your search
Transportation – You are responsible to arrange your own transportation both to and from Louisville and to and from your housing to the office each day. A worker that you know at Team Expansion may be able to help you find someone you could catch a ride with.
Childcare – While parents are participating in Link, their children will take part in age-appropriate and field-specific programming facilitated by our Third Culture Kid (TCK) Care team. They will explore a variety of topics including identity/home, emotions, curiosity/culture, teamwork/resiliency, and healthy goodbyes in order to help the whole family thrive in the midst of transition to this new season of ministry. After you register, one of our TCK Caregivers will contact you in order to adapt our curriculum to meet your children’s needs.
