Last year Isaiah, a church leader in Valor, passed away suddenly. His son Abel stepped up to lead the church. The journey has not been easy. Abel has faced deep grief and intense persecution from some in his family and village because of his faith. Father, we pray You would strengthen Abel and draw him near to the Holy Spirit. Sustain and equip Abel as he shepherds the church in his village.

Ask God for good health for Michelle Sterba (International Services) and for energy and perseverance in her work each day as part of the Finance Team. Lift up Uncle Jack and Aunt Lois for concerning health issues, and pray for the health of her nephew, Jacob, as well. Pray for her sister, Karen who is dealing with family challenges.
