Agricultural Worker

Use your agricultural skills to help bring the gospel to the unreached.

Different fields require different agricultural skills. We’re looking for Agricultural Workers who are passionate about both farming and faith to serve in locations where practical knowledge can open doors for disciple-making. You’ll use your expertise to creatively bless communities and catalyze disciple-making movements among the unreached.

Ministry Responsibilities

• Raise and maintain personal financial support
• Train for the field, as advised by your Team Leader, Field Coordinator, or International Services representative
• Design and implement creative ministries that share the hope of Christ
• Collaborate harmoniously with team members and encourage team unity
• Communicate responsibly and effectively
• Pray daily for your ministry and team
• Align with the vision of your Team Leader
• Continue to grow spiritually
• Evaluate and improve your ministry regularly
• Trust God to bear fruit through your work

Ministry Qualifications

• Strong agricultural knowledge and skill
• Love for Jesus and for those who do not yet know Him
• Deep commitment to reaching unreached people groups
• Ministry and discipleship experience (additional skills may vary by location)
• Creativity and a servant’s heart
• Administrative ability for communicating with and reporting to supporters
• Team player who works well with volunteers
• Positive, “can-do” attitude without a critical spirit
• Self-starter willing to live in the target area
• Willingness to pray consistently and communicate via email or other channels
