Praying
You’re not on the front lines,
but your knees are worn and weary.
Each kneel, contributing to the victory,
determining the outcome.
Do you know how valuable you are?
You’re critical – crucial – to the battle.
Nothing. Nothing happens.
Unless you pray.
Giving
Each gift is a sacrifice –
a choice to trust and sustain.
You know it’s not just money;
it’s an investment in grace.
Because you choose to give,
men hear the Gospel,
women experience Truth,
and children find a future.
“God loves a cheerful giver,”
and your joy changes the world.
Sustaining
God doesn’t send everyone;
some He asks to stay.
To give, to pray, to encourage.
To trust that that’s enough.
In some ways, it’s harder for you –
– you who stay behind.
You don’t get the thrill, the certainty,
the overwhelming sense
that what you’re doing matters.
But God said to you, “Send.”
And your obedience is your call.
We’re overwhelmingly grateful to those who send and sustain Team Expansion’s workers. We literally could not exist without the generosity, faith, and encouragement of our partners who stay behind. Thank you for your obedience!
