Ministry Purpose
Facilitate in the sending of workers whom God raises up for the harvest fields
Ministry Duties
- Raise and maintain personal support
- Process applications for full-time applicants and Quest apprentices
- Track applicants as they move through the Pipeline from Inquirer to Recruit
- Participate in the committees that review profiles, applications, and the MMPI-2
- Share in the day-to-day functioning of the International Services team as a whole and Prayer, Office, and Personnel Team in particular that require service, sacrifice and a team-spirit
- Complete Monthly LIFTs with staff supervisor
- Send monthly newsletter and financial report

- Committed and growing relationship with God
- Sensitivity to needs of those in application process and the challenges and issues full-time missionaries encounter
- Compassionate heart for missions and world evangelism
- Ability and commitment to work well in teams and with other people
- Ability to coach, mentor, and empower other workers toward effective ministry
Time Commitment/Schedule
40 hours a week
Orientation Plan/Training/Evaluation
- Launch
- Meet a minimum once a month with VP of Prayer, Office, and Personnel for reevaluation and planning (LIFT)
- Search for and participate in appropriate courses, seminars, or other training opportunities to improve skills needed for the job
