Team Expansion General Request: April 1, 2019
“The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and discipline.” (Proverbs 1:7) Praise God for He is worthy to be awed, feared, and revered. Ask God to enable and equip Team Expansion workers for attaining wisdom and discipline, for understanding and insight, for acquiring a disciplined and prudent life, for doing what is right and just and fair, for giving knowledge and discretion to the young (discipling others), and for listening and adding to their learning (being discipled by others).
Final 58 of Laos
Praise God that Lao National Missionaries on the Final 58 team led the first people from the Bit people group to faith. There is now a fledgling house church among the Bit! The National Missionary partners have been following up, discipling them in the first steps, and encouraging their faith. Pray for the Bit people group to be reached and transformed by the Good News of Jesus. (More on The Final 58)
Gospel Breakthrough
Pray with Team Expansion workers for Gospel breakthrough among these specific people groups or cities: the Serbs in Bosnia; the Khmer in Cambodia; the Druze of the Golan Heights; the Punjabi Sikhs in India; Ancona and Rome, Italy; Tokyo, Japan; the Mien of Laos; and the people of Taiwan.
