Team Expansion General Request
“When he saw the crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore, pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.” (Matthew 9:36-38) God, Your compassion for the harassed and helpless is so great that You sent Your Son Jesus to be Savior of the world. Father, increase our own compassion for the masses of people who do not yet know You. Increase the mission force from around the world to tell about the Good Shepherd.
Team Expansion Worker
Please pray for continued health for the L family in southeast Asia. Although COVID cases remain low overall, they are seeing an increase in cases from those coming into their country in southeast Asia from other countries. Pray for wisdom and discernment as they navigate their current and ever-changing circumstances. Pray also that this would be a time of increased growth in their faith. Pray for wisdom and discernment for C and for J as she balances homeschooling with teaching at MMCC. Please pray for their children as they are grieving the loss of their very best friends.
Pray for More Workers
Ask God to increase hunger and thirst for Him in each people group that has translation projects in the Caucasus so that existing materials will be widely used and people will be eager to receive more.
Unreached People of the Day
For over 70 years, war and destruction have hit the Palestinians in Gaza hard. Thousands of lives have been lost on the Palestinian side since the formation of the country of Israel. Would you join us in praying for 90 workers to show the Palestinians in Gaza that the only true way to peace is through Christ?
