Boko Haram, which was founded in Nigeria to “purify Islam in northern Nigeria,” has killed thousands across West Africa. They have abducted students, used civilians as human bombs, planned suicide attacks, and have recently penetrated Valor’s borders. Father, we pray for a hedge of protection for the people of Valor. We pray that Christianity will only continue to grow, even as they live in uncertainty. We pray that the young population of Valor would choose to pursue Christ rather than Muslim extremists.
