“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matt. 11:28)

Father, we give You thanks and praise because You are not only a God of work but also a God of rest. We celebrate the wonderful rest that comes from knowing Jesus Christ. Father, we praise You for creating rhythms in our lives that allow us time to enjoy and relax in His holy Presence.

Team Expansion Worker

Please join R and M in Asia in praying for these requests:

  • For a team member’s family who is going through a tough time
  • R meets semi-regularly with a pastor whose wife is having an affair. Please pray for the
    restoration of his marriage.
  • A refugee family has received a Canadian visa that expires in a few days. However, the
government of their present country is unwilling to grant them permission to exit the country. They have been stranded in this country for over ten years. It is frustrating to be so close to a new life but blocked by unjust regulations. Please pray for the clearance of their overstay fines.
  • For ideas/opportunity to build relationship with Purnaa coworkers
  • For continued direction and guidance in language learning/cultural acquisition for M and the girls.

Praise God:

  • Grateful for the community of moms and small kids with whom to do life
  • The improvement in S’s sleep
  • K’s sweet company and all that she is teaching R and M

Pray for More Workers

Lord of the Harvest, we praise You for hearing and answering our prayers for more harvest workers. Thank You for laborers with an unshakable commitment to finishing the task and with an understanding of the urgency to reach the unreached.
