In August 1727, the Moravian community in Herrnhut, Germany started a 24/7 prayer watch that sent an unbroken stream of prayer to heaven for more than one hundred years! Moravian influence on John Wesley helped start the eighteenth century Wesleyan revival. The Moravian vision of sending hundreds of missionaries helped spark the nineteenth century Protestant missions movement that took the Gospel to many countries of the world.
Team Expansion was born out of extraordinary prayer in 1978 and continues to use prayer as the key strategy for taking the Gospel to the least, the last, and the lost. Father, stir up the spirits of Your people to pray. Like the Moravian community, Holy Spirit, start prayer movements that will impact our world with Your Great Commission.

- Wael is recovering from his time in prison. He is grateful for your prayers. Pray that he would be able to find a job.
- Pray for Sasha, who is grateful that M and S could send her some money to repair her car. It’s the rainy season in Sousse, and walking her kids to school before work was difficult for them.
- Praise God for two Christ-honoring Trunk-or-Treat events in Denver. M and S were the first missionaries many of the children ever met.
- M’s brother, Art, died on October 25th. He has suffered with Parkinsons for many years. Pray for M and S as they are grieving this loss.
- Ask God to raise up eleven new financial support partners for M and S. Thank God for the new families supporting their ministry!
