Severe food and fuel shortages in Afghanistan are barely making the news here. What is not making the news is the tragic ethnic violence against minorities. Pray for the peace of God to be poured out for all the people of that troubled land. Pray for the disillusioned Afghan people who are fed up with the Taliban and the false religiousness they portray. Pray that they might hear the Good News of Jesus on the radio, through the internet, or even from a neighbor, who might be a new believer in Jesus!
