An important element of prayer is listening to God. Here are some exercises for Listening to God. 1. Set aside at least 30 minutes to start. Quiet yourself. 2. Read Scripture. Ask the Lord to speak to you through it in a way that you can understand. 3. Then write down your question for prayer and pause. 4. Ask the Lord to confirm anything He shared with you. Practice listening to God today by reading Mark 4:24.
Team Expansion Worker
Join Joe and Ashley Derry in asking God to ignite a disciple making movement in Ancona, Italy. Pray that it would spread to every corner of the city and throughout Italy and beyond. Pray for strength in Joe and Ashley’s marriage and for good communication. Pray for perseverance for Joe and Ashley in language. Pray against discouragement. Pray for them to find ways to integrate into the community and meet people of peace. Pray that they would continue to have opportunities to share the Gospel with Sofia, Enea, Luigi, and Rosa.
