El Roi is the God who sees me and knows everything about me (Genesis 16).
We praise You for Your mercy and loving kindness. Nothing can escape Your notice. We praise You because You are all-seeing, all-knowing, all-present, all-in-all! When we are distressed like Hagar, You see us and care for us. When we are discouraged, distracted, and disobedient, You intervene and direct us on that righteous path. Your unfailing love rests on us.
