Team Expansion General Request
Team Expansion workers are making disciples among Muslims in Spain and mobilizing local churches to do the same. At the end of 2020, there were approximately 2.2 million Muslims in Spain (of Spanish and Moroccan nationality). Many Sahrawi people have fled to Spain from Morocco and the disputed territory of Western Sahara. One Team Expansion family made disciples among Muslims in North Africa before moving to Spain, where they are building relationships with Muslims, especially the Sahrawi people, through teaching them Spanish and helping them to adjust to the culture. They have shared the Gospel with many people and baptized several. They are mobilizing and equipping Spanish churches to reach out to Muslims with the Good News of Jesus. Praise God for moving among the Sahrawi people. Ask God to start disciple-making movements among the Sahrawi.

Give thanks that churches planted by Team Expansion in Venezuela and Ecuador are now independent of North American missionary efforts. The work has been handed off to the national believers, and they continue to advance God’s Kingdom among their own people and beyond.
