“For the mind that is set on the flesh is hostile to God, for it does not submit to God’s law; indeed, it cannot. Those who are in the flesh cannot please God.” (Romans 8:7-8)
Father, we pray for Ramatou and Safina, two young mothers of five children each, who have recently come to faith in Christ and been baptized in “Zephyr.” Safina’s husband, upon seeing her studying God’s Word, asked for an audio Bible so he could listen and share it with his friends. Ramatou’s husband reacted with anger when he caught her listening to the audio Bible, forcefully taking it away and getting rid of it. Father, we ask You to give Ramatou and Safina courage to boldly live out and share their faith in the face of challenges. Jesus, strengthen their hearts to remain steadfast, trusting in Your presence and provision. We pray their unwavering faith and love for Jesus may shine brightly, becoming a powerful testimony that draws their families and communities to Him.
