Fred* a construction worker and follower of Jesus was trained in fruitful practices of making disciples. Fred answered God’s prompting to take the Gospel to remote villages where the people had never heard about Jesus. In one village, he helped the locals build a community house, a restroom for the village chief, and a medical clinic. in view of his dedication and sacrifice, the village accepted him as their own. Four curious villagers began studying the Bible with Fred, and all four chose to follow Jesus and be baptized. Those four people are the first in their village to ever hear and accept the Gospel! Father, we praise You for building a legacy in Brazil among villages in the Amazon! We praise You for moving Fred out to serve with the skills, talents, and gifts You have given him to serve intentionally. We praise You for drawing these four villagers to Jesus and prompting them to share immediately what they are learning about how to follow Jesus and be a disciple maker. Father, we praise You for working and moving in the hearts of the Nawa* tribe deep in the Amazon.
