Father, we praise You and thank You for more than forty Afghan churches in Central Asia. Thank You that the Afghan church with whom we are working in a Central Asian refugee camp continues to grow. Last year, sixty-eight were baptized and twelve new groups formed. There are now forty-one active home churches that meet in the camps. Thank You, Father, for drawing refugees to find their home in You. With thanksgiving, we pray for believers as persecution has broken out and some believers have been deported back to Afghanistan. Others live in fear every day that they will be next to be deported.
