*Absalom was an infamous witch doctor among his people. Many people were afraid of Absalom and the power he possessed. One day, Absalom’s life was drastically changed when two church planters visited his village and he heard the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Absalom was overwhelmed by the Gospel. He repented of his sin, accepted Christ, and was baptized. Absalom asks for prayer for his animistic village that does not adhere to Islam because the people rely so heavily on witchcraft. Pray that Absalom’s transformed life would lead others in his village to Christ. Pray that Absalom would grow in his faith and become a great evangelist.
