* Opportunities with local believers/leaders: mentoring, coaching, pastoral care, friendship (Ahmed, Salim, Mhmd, Amine)
* Developing language and lessons/content to maximize the above mentioned strategic, local relationships
* Pastoral expat flock for local, long-term impact
* Efforts to interview/learn from a number of longer-term, locally invested locals and expats to assess the current state (and needs) of the church in-country
* Wisdom in stewarding personal time with God, dating my wife, discipling my kids, reading, training our new dog
