“For the LORD will not forsake His people, for His great name’s sake, because it has pleased the LORD to make you a people for Himself.” (1 Samuel 12:22)

Father, this is an awesome truth to consider! We praise You, LORD, that for Your own name’s sake and in Your pleasure, You would rescue sinners from among all nations in the world to be Your own.

Team Expansion Worker

John and Zandra Dye (Venezuela) stayed mostly in Cincinnati during home service recently except for a couple of weeks in Nashville as they dropped off daughter Julia once again at Lipscomb University to begin her sophomore year. After her interview, she was happy to be selected for the recruiting department of the school. She got the highest position of those who applied as she will be the right hand of the head of the recruiting department.
John and Zandra also traveled to Indianapolis to visit with the Laras and speak at their Hispanic service. The church there has almost quadrupled since the Lara family started serving there over five years ago. They had a record attendance that day of close to 180. It is so exciting to see one of your own disciples grown up and serve in ministry. Pray for more disciples like the Laras. Meanwhile in Caracas, the Espinozas and Pernias had their hands full leading two congregations during the Dyes’ absence. Give thanks to God for these families!

Pray for More Workers

Lord God, we praise You for Your insight to provide a full or part time associate to help with the upkeep of landscaping, trails, and building maintenance for Team Expansion’s 61-acre campus that serves as home office in Louisville, KY.
