Team Expansion’s vision is to see obedient disciples in every people and place. We are pursuing this vision by multiplying disciples and churches among unreached people groups. We saturate every step with prayer. We have adopted a simple 5-part strategy for our teams:

Great Commission – We ask God to empower us to model simple, sustainable, and reproducible tools that equip people to know Christ and make Him known. (Matt 28:18-20)
Great Commandment – We ask God to empower us to broadly sow the Gospel. (Acts 20:24; Luke 10:5-9; Mt 22:36-40)
Generating Capacity – We ask God to empower disciple making and multiply Christian communities, building His Church, while the Spirit shows churches how to be structured and shepherded in their context. (Acts 2:42)
Generous Collaboration – We ask God to empower us to equip workers to enter new fields, sowing the Gospel, teaching disciples to obey, forming churches and raising up more workers for the LORD’s harvest (2 Timothy 2:2)
Global Change – we ask God to lead us to new areas or new unreached people groups to work among in creative and intentional ways to enter and engage cultures and communities, while mobilizing extraordinary prayer for the field and the work. (Acts 1:8; Matthew 5:15)
