Team Expansion General Request
“In the name of Jesus Christ, the Nazarene, get up and walk!” The man’s feet and ankles were instantly healed and strengthened. He jumped up, stood on his feet, and began to walk! Then, walking, leaping, and praising God, he went into the temple with them.” (Acts 3:6-8)
Jesus, thank You for the gift of being able to pray in Your powerful name! Thank You for being willing and able to restore and bring healing as Your followers step out in boldness to bless those around them. You can turn the weak and oppressed into leaping worshippers!
Team Expansion Worker
Thank God for Wayne Meece’s recovery from recent surgery. Wayne’s wife, Greta, has some of the same problems as Wayne and is in conversations with doctors as to how to proceed with the three main problems she is facing. Pray for guidance for Wayne and Greta (International Services) as they listen to the doctors and make decisions. Pray for Dot Elliott, a missionary on the team Wayne oversees in Italy. She returned to Italy this month after spending time in the U.S. with her daughter who gave birth to a baby.
Pray for More Workers
Give thanks to God for including all worshippers in the ministry of reconciliation. Pray for more workers to be thrust out into unreached people groups.
Unreached People of the Day
Although the Kumzari are 100% Muslim, they still have practices that are forbidden in Islam. Such as seeking to appease evil spirits through certain rituals. Would you join us in praying for one worker to go to the Kumzari in Oman and show them that Christ is more powerful than any evil spirit imaginable?
