Team Expansion General Request

Take time to PAUSE:

P — Prepare your heart by reciting Psalm 131:1-2. “Lord, my heart is not proud. I do not look down on others. I do not do great things, and I cannot do miracles. But I am calm and quiet…I am at peace, like a baby with its mother.”

A — Ask God to help you understand His Word and how to apply it.

U — unpack the Scripture. What is the main theme? What do you learn about God’s character? Is there anything repetitive? What stands out to you?

S — Summarize the Scripture. What resonates with you? Ask God to show you the truths of His Word, then write 1-3 key takeaways to help process and track insights that God shows you.

E – Exercise the application. Write out 2-3 ways you want to practically apply the Scripture. Pray over these steps. Spend time in reflection and ask God to remind you of what you are learning.

Team Expansion Worker

Join Mary Kranick (International Services) in praying for the situation in Afghanistan. Ask God for additional financial partners for Mary’s ministry this next year. Pray for encouragement and creativity for the workers who are still in lockdowns. Ask for more opportunities for each of us to share with others about Jesus. Pray for tenacity and perseverance for all the kingdom workers serving Him on the front lines.

Pray for More Workers

Pray with Team Expansion that God will anoint men, women, and youth globally to hear Him clearly and to obey Him radically.

Unreached People of the Day

The Nuristani people live in an area of Afghanistan that could become well developed for tourism. Would you join us in praying for peace in Afghanistan so that three workers could go to the Nuristani to help them develop tourism businesses, while also sharing the Good News of Christ?
