Hello! My name is Dionna Linn and I have served with Team Expansion as a missionary in Granada, Spain since May 2018. Despite all that Spain is known for worldwide, sadly, the majority of its people today walk in spiritual darkness. I firmly believe the words of Paul in 2 Corinthians 5:19 where he reminds us: “For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people’s sins against them. And HE GAVE US this wonderful message of reconciliation. So we are Christ’s ambassadors…” I work with a team who aspires to see the nation of Spain reached with the wonderful message of reconciliation. We do this by being disciples who make other disciples, and equipping every disciple to be a disciple-maker.
My work as a missionary starts with being a disciple worth reproducing. I seek to sow seeds of the Gospel through daily relationships with Spaniards, and also through intentional seed-sowing ministry opportunities: prayer walking in unreached towns, summer English camp, or our team’s nationwide online media ministry. With spiritual seekers and new believers, I walk alongside them in their first steps, teaching them how to study God’s Word, discipling them through obedience, training them how to share their faith, and encouraging them to disciple others in their circle of influence. As disciples make other disciples, the Gospel will continue to spread and we believe churches will be birthed that will plant other churches, all throughout the nation of Spain.
