Thank you for your interest in partnering with Team Expansion. On the morning after making a gift through Team Expansion’s custom giving page, you’ll receive an emailed receipt that looks something like this (by 8am Eastern Time in the USA).
But keep in mind, you’ll also receive an end-of-year giving statement as well, emailed to the same address you used in the online gift. If you make multiple gifts throughout the year via the online form, your end-of-year giving statement will automatically show the sum of all those gifts. Your custom end-of-year statement will arrive by January 15th (two weeks after the year ends). We appreciate your partnership and we know you could have chosen to give to many different causes. It means a lot that you are choosing to partner with one of our workers or projects. We’re grateful!!! And we don’t take your generosity for granted!
If you created a recurring gift (thank you!), you might want to change the details of your transaction someday. To make things super-easy, we send you an email (again, by 8am Eastern on the morning following your gift) with three links. The first link allows you to cancel your recurring gift. (We send it, but we hope you’ll never choose to use it. : ) ) That link takes you to a page that looks like this:
The second link takes you to a page like this, in case you need to update the billing details of your credit card.
The third link allows you to change the amount or number of installments, should you choose to limit the number of gifts. It takes you to a page like this:
We love this system because it’s super easy. You don’t have to “register” at our site. (Everyone is so conscious of security and personal information these days.) There’s no password to memorize. And no one will ever be able to see your personal information. Only YOU can change it — and Team Expansion has no record of your credit card info or billing information. (It’s all held by Authorize.net, one of the largest and most trusted credit card processing bureaus in the world!) We never sell or give out your information (and we don’t even actually HOLD the information that matters).
