Facilities Assistant

Help steward the Emerald Hills campus for God’s glory.

We are looking for a Facilities Assistant to serve alongside the Facilities Manager in maintaining and developing the Emerald Hills campus. This role is vital in ensuring that our facilities remain welcoming, functional, and mission-focused as we support workers being mobilized and trained to reach the unreached.

Ministry Responsibilities

• Raise and maintain personal financial support
• Assist the Facilities Manager in the upkeep and development of the Emerald Hills campus
• Help recruit and coordinate volunteers for facility maintenance
• Participate in regular maintenance and janitorial tasks alongside volunteers
• Set up and arrange furnishings for events and activities (some weekend work may be required)
• Step in to fulfill the duties of the Facilities Manager during absences
• Serve with a heart of hospitality, helping create a space that honors the Lord and serves the mission

• A heart for service and teamwork
• Practical handyman or facility maintenance skills
• Strong work ethic and reliability
