As a Disciple Maker, you’ll walk alongside local farmers and herders, modeling innovative practices while planting seeds of the gospel that bear eternal fruit.

Ministry Responsibilities
- Build relationships with farmers and herders through everyday interactions
- Model and teach agricultural best practices in a culturally appropriate context
- Share knowledge in areas like yak meat processing, marketing, and distribution
- Make disciples who make disciples through life-on-life ministry
- Demonstrate servant leadership and teamwork
- Equip new believers to share their faith and form disciple-making communities
Ministry Qualifications
- Experience in agriculture (farming and/or livestock)
- Completion of Disciple Making Movement (DMM) training
- Willingness to live simply in a remote, cold climate
- Passion for cross-cultural ministry and unreached people groups
Helpful Skills (not required):
- Horse riding or animal handling
- Veterinary medicine or animal health evaluation
- Truck or tractor operation
- Building, construction, or welding
- Outdoor survival or camping experience
- Involvement in 4H, FFA, Scouts, or rodeo
- Video creation for training or storytelling
