Are you in your 20s and ready to dive into a life-changing adventure of faith? Join a seasoned team in a coastal North African city of 300,000 people where spiritual momentum is growing—but the workers are few.
This city is full of university students and young professionals searching for meaning, eager to improve their English, and open to exploring new ideas. Your role will be all about people: befriending them, sharing life, and pointing them toward Jesus through conversation, service, and patient love.
This is an opportunity to walk alongside seekers and new believers, serve in English clubs and church gatherings, and help accelerate a disciple-making movement. If you’re outgoing, spiritually mature, and willing to learn language and culture, this team needs you.
Job Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital role in outreach, discipleship, and relationship-building. A typical week may include:
- Studying French and/or Arabic (~5+ hours/week)
- Meeting for coffee with new friends (~5–10 hours/week)
- Organizing and leading English discussion clubs and Bible studies (~5+ hours/week)

- Have experience leading someone closer to Jesus in the past year or two
