Our team in Ghana is experiencing an incredible move of God, and we’re looking for dedicated Teammates/Missionaries to join us in this exciting work. This unique opportunity leverages agriculture (using techniques like Farming God’s Way and animal husbandry) and Community Health Education (CHE) as primary avenues for influence. You’ll work closely with a supportive team, training nationals and seeing lives transformed. Full training is provided both in the States and on the field, so come with a “can-do” attitude and a heart ready to serve!
Responsibilities
- Raise needed support.
- Complete required training for the field, as advised by your Team Leader, Field Coordinator, and/or International Services representative.
- Develop and implement creative and effective ministries to share Christ’s hope.
- Collaborate harmoniously with team members, fostering a spirit of encouragement.
- Maintain responsible and timely communication.
- Pray daily for ministry needs and spiritual growth.
- Align with the vision set forth by your Team Leader.
- Continuously evaluate and improve your ministry approaches.
- Trust in God for the fulfillment of ministry goals.
Qualifications
- Background or aptitude in agricultural pursuits.
- Profound love for the Lord Jesus Christ and for the lost.
- Burning compassion for and deep commitment to helping unreached people groups.
- Creativity in ministry design and implementation.
- Willingness to consistently pray for the work.
- Administrative skills necessary for maintaining good relationships and accountability with supporters.
- Ability to work effectively with a group of volunteers.
- Possession of a “can-do” attitude and a self-starter mindset.
- Willingness to utilize email communication (or other means if unavailable).
- Willingness to live in the target area.
- Not given to a critical spirit.
