Do you want to use videography to see the world and help fulfill the Great Commission? We’re looking for a passionate storyteller to join our Communications Team and help share what God is doing across more than 50 fields around the world.
The ideal candidate understands the power of storytelling and is eager to grow in every aspect of video production—from pre-production and shooting to editing and post-production. Our team wears many hats, creating a wide variety of content including talking head interviews, cinematic field highlights, training videos, teasers, and more. While some travel is involved, much of this role takes place in the editing room, turning raw footage into compelling stories that inspire action and glorify God.
Job Responsibilities
- Help plan, shoot, and direct videos including:
- Field highlights
- Training footage
- Ads and teasers
- Talking head interviews
- Mini-documentaries
- Assist with setup and operation of video production equipment (camera, audio, lighting)
- Edit video and audio into engaging, mission-focused content
- Provide support with motion graphics, sound editing, and media management
- Perform additional communications-related duties as assigned

- A portfolio that demonstrates your video production experience
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for missions and storytelling
