Hey, thanks for stopping by our giving page! We are Chad & Jen Leathermon, serving with Team Expansion in Phnom Penh, Cambodia! Our family of 7 moved to Cambodia in 2014 after serving in a local church for 16 years. During our time in Montana, God was preparing our family to move overseas, not only giving us a passion for the unreached, but also allowing us to gain tools for ministry use.  I, Chad, am a Registered Nurse and Jen is a certified TESOL instructor.

In Cambodia we have the amazing opportunity to be working alongside Khmer staff at Mercy Medical Center, where we get to proclaim the good news about Jesus to patients from every province in Cambodia. Mercy Medical Center receives patients from all 25 provinces thru a system of referring partners (who are either church planting missionaries or Khmer national churches). Mercy Medical Center is focused around 4 Ps: Proclaim the Good News of Christ in word and deed; Provide excellent care to the poor; Prepare national healthcare workers and mentor staff; Partner with like-minded workers and the Cambodian Church.

Our Mission

Born out of extraordinary prayer, we partner with the global church to mobilize, train, and coach qualified workers in the implementation of the fruitful practices of church planting movements.

Financial Accountability

Team Expansion is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Since 1981, our workers have sent monthly financial reports with full disclosure and completely “open hands.” You’ll know every month how much money came in and how it was spent.
