M2M Disciple Maker
Use media to make disciples who make disciples.
M2M Disciple Makers are needed in countries around the world. If you’re passionate about evangelism, discipleship, and digital media, you can play a strategic role in helping launch disciple-making movements (DMM) among unreached people groups.
This role involves applying Media to Movement (M2M) strategies to engage seekers online, build relationships, and walk with them toward becoming disciple-makers. Whether through video, social media, or messaging apps, you’ll help share the gospel in relevant and powerful ways.
Ministry Responsibilities
- Raise and maintain personal financial support
- Train for the field, as advised by your Team Leader, Field Coordinator, or International Services representative
- Apply M2M strategies to engage potential disciples
- Design and implement creative ministries to communicate Christ’s hope
- Collaborate with team members and encourage unity
- Communicate clearly and responsibly
- Pray daily for your ministry and team
- Align with your Team Leader’s vision and direction
- Continue growing spiritually
- Regularly evaluate and improve your ministry efforts
- Trust God to produce fruit in His timing
Ministry Qualifications
- Interest in learning and applying M2M strategies
- Love for Jesus and for the lost
- Deep commitment to reaching unreached people groups
- Experience in ministry and discipleship
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Willingness to pray regularly
- Administrative ability for communicating with supporters
- Ability to collaborate well with volunteers and teams
- Positive, “can-do” attitude without a critical spirit
- Self-starter with initiative
- Willingness to live in the target area and communicate effectively via email or other tools
