If the hours in our week were illustrated in a pie chart, most Christians would see that a large percentage of our free time is spent with other believers. In Disciple Making Movements around the world, Christians intentionally re-order their social time so that priority time is spent with the lost for sharing Christ with as many people as possible. Pray for believers, local leaders, and international workers in the U.S. Ask God to enable them to structure their time so that they are regularly engaging with lost people around them.
The Phoussang village headmen threatened three new believers with arrest unless they recanted their faith. Unfortunately, that is exactly what they did while under pressure. Lift up the Khmer in Cambodia. “Do not be afraid, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” (2 Kings 6:16). Pray for believers and non-believers to not let fear keep them from moving forward. Pray that God would give them eyes to see and know the Truth — that they have the armies of heaven on their side, and the enemy can’t touch them.
Join T and R in D-Course in praying for open doors with neighbors with whom they might build relationships and share the Gospel. Pray for them to transition physically, emotionally, and spiritually in this new season and be able to embrace a new normal. Pray for their marriage in this new season, that they would continue to lean on each other and on God for wisdom and strength.
