Tara graduated from Kentucky Christian University in 1998. A mission trip during her senior year led to a life-changing decision. Upon completion of her language training in Costa Rica, she joined Team Expansion to work in Venezuela. She served there for 7 years before returning to the U.S.

Tara is now responsible for developing a program and facilities on campus designed specifically to promote a commitment to teamwork and problem-resolution among missionary recruits as well as church and business groups. She became certified and is responsible for the promotion and management of this new business with Team Expansion as ministry partners. (DSOTO – Discovery School of The Outdoors).

Born out of extraordinary prayer, we partner with the global church to mobilize, train, and coach qualified workers in the implementation of the fruitful practices of church planting movements.

Team Expansion is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Since 1981, our workers have sent monthly financial reports with full disclosure and completely “open hands.” You’ll know every month how much money came in and how it was spent.
