“Dear friends, although I was very eager to write to you about the salvation we share, I felt I had to write and urge you to contend for the faith that was once for all entrusted to the saints.”
Give thanks for missionary families that must face challenges of language, culture, and distance to bring the Good News of Jesus to unreached people groups. Pray that these saints seek first God’s kingdom and His righteousness. Pray that God’s Kingdom would be their first priority. Pray that God’s kingdom values and purpose will be the primary focus of every Christ-follower around the world.
As teams engage unreached people groups in Laos, pray for rapid multiplication of believers as new believers share their faith and make disciples. (More on The Final 58)
“To all in Rome who are loved by God and called to be saints…” (Romans 1:7)
Rome is the capital city of Italy with some 4.3 million residents. Much like the rest of Italy, Rome is predominantly Roman Catholic, and the city has been an important center of religion and pilgrimage for centuries, the base of the ancient Roman religion, and later the seat of the Vatican and the Pope. Pray that all of Rome would put Jesus as the center of their lives and point others to Jesus.
