Empowering Beyond Great Leaders
The Hub (a for-profit company to be registered in Cairo, Egypt) focuses on marketplace discipleship by equipping, shaping, and empowering both Believers and non-believers. The initial audience is young Christian professionals (equip) and non-Christian executive leaders (shape) from within Egypt, as well as from businesses in the broader MENA region. The Hub also works with practicing Christian coaches (empower) to enable them to serve using a redemptive coaching approach. The company uses proven tools already utilized by other Kingdom partners (details available upon request), with translation and contextualization performed where needed. The initial startup funding will be used to launch the business and help underwrite initial operating expenses, working towards being fully self- sustaining in four years or less.
