We work with Team Expansion to transform communities by planting biblical churches among the least reached. Specifically, our vision is for a four generation, four stream disciple-making movement in our city of ten million, and to mobilize the local church to reach unreached people groups in their own country. We want to see ordinary disciples making disciples who make disciples. Our strategies are: extraordinary prayer as a team, catalyzing obedience based 3/3 groups and training obedient Christians to multiply.
We are passionate about training and coaching people reach their full potential. Our day job with Leadership Development International allows us to train and coach in the marketplace, with expat and local workers in our company, and in the community. Over our twenty years in Asia we have prioritized learning language and culture to a high degree in order to minister effectively.
This year we are continuing to target an unengaged unreached people group of 1.2 million who live about 5 hours from us. We are mobilizing prayer and taking local Christians on short-term trips to share the gospel and find people of peace. We are also focusing on family-to family hospitality ministry as we start new groups in our city and train and support existing groups to multiply to the second and third generation.
