According to the CIA World Factbook, there are only 0.02 medical physicians in the country of Niger per 1000 people, yet there is a very high risk for infectious diseases including malaria, typhoid fever, meningitis, and many others. Many Nigerians seek witch doctors or spiritual treatments for sickness and injury. Pray that Nigerians would come to know the Great Healer, the One True God.

Pray that God would create open doors for international workers to make disciples and plant churches among the Tai He (12,500), Tai Kaleun (10,000), Tai Khang (7,800), Tai Laan (650), and Tai Loi (500). (More on The Final 58)

Pray for R and D who have returned from South Asia to live in Louisville, KY but are still involved in the work there. Pray for R to work out an agreement to begin practicing dental implant surgery in Indianapolis part-time. Pray that D and the kids will settle into a normal schedule in Louisville. Ask for wisdom from God about where to sere in Louisville. Ask God to bring comfort to the kids as they miss their friends in South Asia.
