Never in our lifetime have we experienced a total disruption of society. With any major change, there are always opportunities and disappointments. We have an amazing God who goes before us, and even has us positioned well for such a time as this!
Finance Team
We are blessed to have a great financial team who support you so well. The efficiency that I have seen has been amazing. Through the long transition from QuickBooks to Aplos for our office accounting system, they did a great job with upkeeping both systems to keep the integrity of our records and hold us all to our core value of accountability. Now that the transition is done, they continue to provide excellent service to not only you but also to the many donors that support your work through Team Expansion. I just wanted to say thank you to our Financial Team for your tireless service in support of all our workers around the globe!
Operations Team
I also get to work with the operations team. These men support you through security, IT, and Facilities. As we continue to expand, grow, and work among the least-reached places in the world, these guys rise to the occasion. I am amazed by how many updates are sent out to your fields with information and details about your location and other information that is valuable to your teams. Especially during a time like now, where many countries have travel bans and stay at home orders, the communication is invaluable, and I know your security is looked after!
Our IT team is always dealing with the next new thing. With an eye always on our safety and security, they are actively trying to upgrade and implement the best applications, procedures, and policies. I don’t always understand the details, but I know one thing, what is best for Team Expansion and all of you is always at the forefront of their work in IT.
Even with a shutdown of the office, the grass still grows, and things still need to be maintained around Emerald Hills. We are blessed with a great steward to overseas our facilities and even more during this time when the office is closed.

I am blessed with amazing fellow laborers who serve so others may go. They might not be in the limelight or have personal stories to share about how God is reaching the unreached. Your stories are our stories, and we feel blessed to serve you!
