To many, the whole situation is simply overwhelming. No wonder stress levels are elevated and people are writing and reading about anxiety daily. But does anxiety have to reign in our lives?
Life at the age of 53 was not what I had imagined it to be. I was not “supposed” to be a single mother with two children still to leave the nest. I was not “supposed” to have to go back to work, to live in the U.S., to make it on my own.
Sometimes we don’t know where (or we forget where!) to turn in times of struggle. Pray through this prayer cycle, devoting approximately five minutes to each segment in focused prayer and praise. May your strength be renewed struggle even as you fight the battle.

God IS love. We cannot fathom how boundless is His love nor understand how He could love us so much; but He did, and He still does. He sees us in our frustrations, He is beside us in our troubles, and He never, ever leaves us, no matter in what situation we find ourselves.
