Read and mediate on these passages: Mt 17:1-6; Lam 3:1-9, 19-24. And then pray:
Lord God, on the Sabbath, Jesus rested. He was in the grave. He had finished His work. To most people’s eyes, it looked as if it were all over. He was dead and buried. But only as a seed dies when it is planted in the earth, not to decay, but to spring to new life. Teach us to take refuge in You when we are afraid. Teach us that death is not our end. Teach us to hope always in You and in the resurrection, the making of all things new through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Rachel Marie Stone)

Team Expansion Worker
Greta and Wayne Meece (International Services) recently attended the funeral of Mary McClary, the mother of AR, Team Expansion missionary to Ghana. Pray for the grieving family. Lift Wayne and Greta’s granddaughter, Camryn. She is now in Seoul, South Korea attending Yonsei University. She says that she is safe, happy, and well treated by Korean people. John Jackson of Tower Hill, IL has been one of Wayne and Greta’s representative elders for most of their time at Team Expansion. He prays for them regularly and calls or texts them every week without fail. His father, Jim Jackson, recently died. Please pray for the Jackson family.
Pray for More Workers
Lord God, because of Your great love, we are not consumed. Lord, thrust out harvest workers to declare Your words: “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased. Listen to him!”
