Team Expansion General Prayer Request for April 28, 2018
Our teams on the field are directly impacted by shortages in our home office personnel. For everyone to thrive, we need some crucial roles filled by passionate and qualified workers. We especially need people with IT skills, administrative gifts, or applications experience. Pray that God would prompt people to fill out a no-obligation profile for these positions at www.teamexpansion.org/profile
Pray as well for significant anchor gifts to be given so that Phase 2 building plans can be implemented for the purpose of housing for trainees, training space, space for missionary kid activities and training, and office space.
Pray for the 30 Cities Initiative
Shanghai, China has the highest concentration of Christians in all of China. Ask God to raise up more workers within the city to multiply disciples and churches throughout Shanghai. Ask God to work in the hearts of believers to mature and mobilize them with a passion to reach the lost souls around them with the Good News of Jesus.
Pray for Gospel Breakthrough: The people of Taiwan
Workers in Taiwan are praying for God to break through and accomplish these faith goals in 2018: Pray for 10 new groups or house churches to start up and for 18 baptisms.

Join Chad and Jennifer (Japan) in praying for the seeds that are being planted among the young people of Ishinomaki. Pray for the K-family who have expressed with tears how much their lives have been changing this year. They have yet to say yes to Jesus but seem eager to know more.

| Punjabi in Canada
The Punjabi people are from the Punjabi region, straddling the border between India and Pakistan. This region has been host to some of the oldest civilizations in the world, including the Indus Valley civilization. There are a number of Punjabi emigrant communities scattered around the world. They are traditionally Hindu, Muslim, or Sikh. Ministry Obstacles: The Punjabi religious background presents an obstacle to the Gospel, but can also become a springboard for the Gospel. Outreach Ideas: This people group is very accessible to the Gospel message, being located in Canada. Canadian believers can carry the message of salvation in Christ to these people. Pray for the followers of Christ: There are Christian believers among the Punjabi of Canada. Pray they will live lives that honor the Lord, being united in love around truth. Pray for the entire people group: Pray the Punjabi will increasingly hunger for forgiveness of their sins, found only through the finished work of Christ.
